they keep costs low

they work really hard and drive up utilisation

they cause no nuisance from political affiliations

they stay docile due to fear of being amongst alien people

they break fewer rules due to fear of the local policewallah

local powers-that-be are uninterested in colluding with them for fear of alienating the native vote banks

these, amongst others, are Bihari advantage in services.
