Processes & Trust

Processes should be adopted by conviction, by belief that it’d improve things, not by fear of the baton! Else they’ll only end up becoming nothing but another bit of buereaucratic red tape.

Processes need to be followed in spirit even if the letter is violated a bit unlike the reverse that usually happens. But that requires a society, or an organisation, based on trust … and that, it seems, we would never be!
